1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing the AWB News platform, you formally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy & OPSEC Framework. Users who do not concede to these terms are instructed to terminate their session immediately.

2. Proprietary Intellectual Property

All geopolitical analysis, strategic reports, and proprietary data visualizations are the exclusive property of The AWB News. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or automated data extraction (scraping) for commercial or neural network training purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal recourse.

3. Use of Intelligence

The intelligence provided is for informational and strategic analysis purposes. It does not constitute financial, legal, or fiduciary advice. Our projections are probabilistic models; The AWB News is not liable for outcomes based on the application of our analysis in volatile markets or political environments.

4. Operational Conduct

Users are prohibited from attempting to compromise platform integrity, injecting malicious code, or engaging in any activity that degrades our secure infrastructure. Any detected breach attempt will result in immediate permanent revocation of access.

5. Limitation of Liability
