1. Editorial Independence
All advertising and sponsored content at AWB News is strictly separated from editorial operations. Advertiser relationships have no bearing on story selection, analytical conclusions, or editorial decisions. No advertiser may request, influence, or receive advance access to any editorial content prior to publication.
2. Labeling of Paid Content
All paid, sponsored, or advertiser-funded content published on AWB News is clearly and prominently labeled using one of the following designations:
- Sponsored Content
- Advertisement
- Paid Partnership
These labels are displayed visibly at the top of the content so readers can immediately identify its commercial nature before reading.
3. Content Standards
Accuracy Requirement: Sponsored content accepted for publication must meet the same standards of factual accuracy and logical consistency required of all AWB News editorial content.
Right of Refusal: AWB News reserves the right to decline or remove any advertisement or sponsored content that conflicts with our editorial values, promotes misinformation, or undermines the credibility of our platform.
4. No Native Deception
AWB News does not publish disguised advertising. Sponsored content will never be designed or formatted to deliberately resemble organic editorial reporting. The distinction between paid and editorial content must be immediately apparent to the average reader.
